You need:

• A thin drill bit, approximately 1mm
  
• A cutter
  
• A pliers
  
• A small Phillips screwdriver
  

with the drill bit drill a maximum number of holes around the special screw around:


The rest of the screws can be solved with a standard Phillips screwdriver.
now expand the housing and loosen the connectors and unscrew the plate to the frayed hole.
The special screw can now be easily solved with the pliers and discard. :-)
The remains of the hole, frayed
removed with a wire cutter from outside the piece of copper sheet with adhesive tape over the hole, fill with hot glue and press the inside of the film in the still hot glue. Once the glue has cooled, the copper plate can be removed again.
